Cancellation policy

In short: cancelling costs you nothing. You only pay on site, so there is nothing to claim back - just please tell us in good time.

Cancellation by you

Cancelling costs you nothing. You have paid nothing in advance, so there is nothing to claim back.

Please still tell us as soon as you know you cannot come: by email to kontakt@tour-ghada.com, on WhatsApp, or by phone on +20 114 211 4711. A driver, a boat and a guide are scheduled for you, and the place can then go to someone else.

If you do not show up without cancelling, you also pay nothing. We do ask for your understanding if we treat a further enquiry more cautiously.

Multi-day tours

For the two-day Luxor trip with the balloon flight, the deadline is 48 hours. Balloon places and the overnight stay have to be booked firmly further in advance.

Cancellation by us or by the operator

Wind, heavy swell, official closures, technical problems or too few participants can all mean a tour is called off. You then get the full amount back or move to another day at no cost. The decision is usually made the evening before or early in the morning, and we get in touch with you.

Rebooking instead of cancelling

If you only want to move the date, write to us. As long as there are places free during your stay, rebooking costs nothing.

Partial cancellation

If someone in your group is not coming along, let us know up to 24 hours beforehand. We refund that person's share. For private tours with a total price, the price stays the same, because the boat is reserved for you.

Refunds

There can be no refund because you pay nothing in advance. That is exactly why we chose the enquiry route: you commit no money before you have seen the service.

If you paid on site and something was not right, tell us at kontakt@tour-ghada.com. We will sort it out with the operator.

No right of withdrawal

For leisure services on a fixed date the law provides no right of withdrawal. The free cancellation up to 24 hours beforehand described above is something we grant you voluntarily. More on this in point 7 of the terms and conditions.
